2019 Reservation Policy


* We will be taking a limited number of reservations for all games.  All tables in the bar are NOT reserved.  It is still possible to arrive early (we recommend 45-90 min before kick-off depending on the game) and get a table without a reservation. Please read the info below regarding our reservation policy for the 2019 season.

 *Prices for reservations are as follows - 100% of your reservation fee will be donated to the New York Auburn Club Scholarship Endowment:
  
     Parties of 2: $15/table
     Parties of 3-5: $30/table 
     Parties of 6+, please email us to discuss availability.

* Reservations are open from the Sunday prior to the game at Noon until Thursday @ 5PM (or until we run out of tables to reserve).  Any reservations made before or after this time will not be accepted.

* If a cancellation is requested, no refund will be provided.

* We are accepting reservations for the FIRST FLOOR ONLY, which includes tables in the bar area as well as the back "restaurant"-style area.  If you prefer to sit on the 2nd floor, in the 2nd floor beer garden, on the 3rd floor or at a barstool on any floor, those are first come, first serve. 

* Reserved space will be available to claim beginning 1 hour prior to scheduled kickoff and held until 10 minutes prior to scheduled kickoff. If you have not claimed your seat/table by this time, St. Pat's reserves the right to seat another guest in that space. 

* We strongly encourage food and drink orders at all tables for the duration of the game.  10% of all sales are donated by the bar to our scholarship.  We have a full gameday menu of food & drink specials, so come hungry and thirsty! 


TO RESERVE A TABLE:

* Email auburnuniversitynyc@gmail.com with your desired location (bar area or restaurant space) and number of seats requested.  We have a very limited number of 2-person tables in the bar area; if you are OK with sharing a 4-person table with another couple, please let us know!  TVs & full game audio are available in all locations.   The restaurant space tends to be less rowdy than the bar spaces and has normal tables (great for families).  1st floor bar tables are more high-top style tables/chairs and are going to be a tighter squeeze.

* You will receive an email confirming whether or not we are able to fulfill your reservation (reservations will be taken first come, first serve).  Please do not email checking on the status of your reservation; we are only volunteers and have full-time jobs. :)  All reservations will be confirmed no later than the Thursday night before the game.

* If we are able to fulfill your reservation, you will be provided instructions on how to pay your reservation fee.  Only Venmo and Zelle will be accepted as forms of payment.  Payment must be made within 24 hours.  If not received in a timely manner, your reservation is forfeited so that we can fill the seats with the next group in line.  Once payment is received, we will email you to provide final confirmation. 

* If we are unable to fulfill your reservation, we encourage you to arrive at the bar 60-90 minutes prior to kick-off if you prefer a table.  We will reach standing room only on most games.  This is a large bar with plenty of seating, so please do not be discouraged if you are unable to secure a reservation.  We still have plenty of room for you!
